I started Kayla Droog Consulting in 2021 from my kitchen table. I knew that I wanted to pursue my passion for helping overwhelmed business owners create more time and efficiency in their businesses, because I have experienced the stress and overwhelm first hand! Since then, my services and team have continued to grow, I have moved out of my kitchen, and I have loved making connections with so many amazing businesses and entrepreneurs!

With a master's degree from the Faculty of Information at the University of Toronto and over ten years of experience in business management and client support, I know how to provide expert care to you and your clients. You started your business to make a difference and focus on your passions and expertise. My team and I want to help you create the time and the freedom to get back to doing the things you love in your business and the rest of your life!
I am a lover of all things geeky and nerdy. When I'm not setting up a client's CRM or optimizing an account, you can find me reading, hiking, playing a board game with my friends, or cuddling with my two beautiful cats.
