What kinds of systems does this help me build?

The core modules cover every step of your client experience: nurturing leads, onboarding new clients, supporting current clients, and offboarding that gets you amazing testimonials and repeat clients. I'm also adding new modules all the time on topics such as online appointment scheduling, daily task & project management, and email marketing setup. If you'd like training on a specific topic, please let me know! It might be a great topic for a bonus training or a new module.

Do I have to use a specific platform to do this setup?

No! The Club's lessons are designed to support a wide range of platforms. You'll learn what to include in each system and why, so that you can apply this knowledge to any platform. The Club also offers step-by-step tech tutorials for some common platforms, including 17hats, Dubsado, Honeybook, Wix, Squarespace, and free tools like Google.

I’m not techy. Will I be lost?

Not at all. Everything is broken down into bite-sized steps with walkthroughs and support. Plus, you've got custom AI tools to help you, a private community where you can ask questions any time, and biweekly live Q&A calls if you get lost or stuck.

Do I have to join the community?

If you really don't want to join, the community is optional. You can just attend the live calls or go fully self-paced. But I highly encourage you to join the community for a supportive network of fellow business owners, Club news & updates, and a place to ask questions and get support between Q&A calls.

What if my business is different from others in the Club?

That’s the beauty of this setup: it’s customizable. Whether you’re a coach, creative, or other type of service-provider, we’ll help you build systems that match your business model and your vibe. Note: The Club is not designed to support product-based businesses. If that's you, this is probably not the best fit.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of the materials, we aren't able to offer refunds. However, if you are having issues using the course materials to create systems that work for you and your business, please bring your questions or issues to a biweekly Q&A call so I can help you!

How long do I get access to the materials?

You get ongoing access to the course materials, tech tutorials, templates, and workbooks for the lifetime of Kayla Droog Consulting.
