Discovery Call
​We’ll start with a free 30-minute call to explore where your systems feel stuck, what’s possible in a day, and whether this is the right fit for what you need right now.

Prep Work
Before your Day, you’ll share any logins, documents, and other details I’ll need to make the magic happen. (Snacks are optional, but encouraged.)

Pre-Day Planning Call
A few days out, we’ll hop on a quick call to walk through the plan, prioritize our focus, and make sure we’re all set to hit the ground running.

Your VIP Day
I dive in and get to work strategizing, building, troubleshooting, and setting up your system like a very cozy, very efficient back-end busy bee.
You stay on standby for quick approvals or questions while you work on other things…or you just enjoy your tea and catch up on your favorite show.

Wrap Up Call
At the end of the day, we’ll review what we accomplished and chat through any final thoughts. I’ll then take up to 30 minutes for small follow-up tweaks based on our call, and send you a personalized walkthrough (video or doc!) so you know exactly how to use and test your shiny new system.

Post-VIP Day Support
You’ll have 60 days of follow-up email support so you’re not left alone during implementation.

Your VIP Day (Half or Full Day): Three or six hours of focused, done-for-you systems setup—completely tailored to your needs.

Post-Day Review Call (30 mins): We’ll meet to review your setup, answer questions, and flag anything we may want to fine-tune.

What if I need help after the VIP Day?You’ve got 60 days of follow-up email support for questions, clarifications, or guidance while you implement your new system. Need hands-on changes after our VIP Day? You can book additional time by the hour or schedule another half or full VIP Day if you need 3 hours or more of support.

How much can we actually get done in a day?Great question! It depends on the complexity of your project, the tools we’re working with, and how much prep you’ve already done. We’ll create a realistic plan during your planning call so you know what to expect. You’re always welcome to book additional days or hours if we need more time.

Can I book a VIP Day for something that’s not listed above?Maybe! I work with a variety of systems and platforms, so if you’ve got something specific in mind, just reach out and I’ll let you know if it’s a fit for a VIP Day (or if another offer would be better).

Do you write the copy for my emails, website, or course?Nope! You’ll bring your own copy, and I’ll build the tech setup around it. I’m happy to offer light feedback or suggestions if needed, but content creation isn’t included. The exception to this is writing basic emails for your CRM automations. I will write sample reminder or follow up emails for you that you can then tweak to your style and tone.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?Life happens! If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 3 days' notice so I can adjust my calendar. Cancellations are non-refundable, but your payment can be applied to a future date within 90 days.
