Discovery Call
​We’ll start with a free 30-minute call to explore where your systems feel stuck, what’s possible in a day, and whether this is the right fit for what you need right now.

Prep Work
Before your Day, you’ll share any logins, documents, and other details I’ll need to make the magic happen.

Pre-Day Planning Call
A few days out, we’ll hop on a quick call to walk through the plan, prioritize our focus, and make sure we’re all set to hit the ground running.

Your VIP Day
I dive in and get to work strategizing, building, troubleshooting, and setting up your system like a very cozy, very efficient back-end busy bee.
You stay on standby for quick approvals or questions while you work on other things…or you just enjoy your tea and catch up on your favorite show.

Wrap Up Call
After the VIP Day, we’ll review what we accomplished and chat through any final thoughts. I’ll then take up to 30 minutes for small follow-up tweaks based on our call, and send you a personalized walkthrough (video or doc!) so you know exactly how to use and test your shiny new system.

Post-VIP Day Support
You’ll have 60 days of follow-up email support so you’re not left alone during implementation.

Shared Planning Hub: You’ll get a dedicated Google folder and planning doc to keep everything organized before, during, and after your VIP Day.

Pre-VIP Day Planning Call (30–60 mins): We’ll walk through your goals, prioritize your wish list, and set up a clear game plan.

Your VIP Day (Half or Full Day): Three or six hours of focused, done-for-you systems setup completely tailored to your needs.

Post-Day Review Call (30 mins): We’ll meet to review your setup, answer questions, and flag anything we may want to fine-tune.

Up to 30 Minutes of Follow-Up Tweaks: Need a quick adjustment after our call? I’ll take care of it, no extra booking required.
